COUNTRY CLUB RENOVATION
The location near the first tee of a country club golf course is not the most private of locations for a home. This house was renovated to provide a second floor of bedrooms and study areas for two young children, and screened from the nearby clubhouse by a serpentine privacy wall on the 'public' side of the house.
