James F. Tucker, AIA is presently a licensed architect in the states of Virginia and Maryland. He has held licenses in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, North Carolina, Washington, D.C., and Arizona for projects in those locations when needed. Now concentrating practice in Warrenton, Fauquier, Rappahannock, and Culpeper County, Virginia and Brunswick Maine.

J. Tucker, AIA is skilled in architectural design and technology, interior and graphic design, space planning, specification writing, and construction contract administration. All of these are the required skills needed to ensure a successful building project. Interior design and finishes, structural, mechanical and plumbing design are vital to the success building. JFT-AIA performs all of these in house. The in house design of all building elements helps ensure a coordinated design no matter the project type or scope. For the largest projects undertaken by JFT-AIA, the parallel services of other professionals are, of course, incorporated closely on a project by project basis.

Mr. Tucker’s high level of building systems knowledge, including plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical requirements provides each project with immediate resolution of most technical issues before the beginning of construction, and speedy resolution of unforseen issues during construction. This helps eliminate or reduce significantly, delays and costs to the project Owner.
