J. Tucker is skilled in architectural design and technology, interiors, graphic design, space planning, specification writing, and construction contract administration.

Everything involved getting a building designed and built - is our interest. Interiors, finishes, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs are all done by JFT-AIA. Keeping the design of all building elements for both small commercial, and all residential projects within the office, and not by consultants, helps us ensure an efficient, economical and coordinated design process with the thoughtful integration of all building systems.

For the largest projects undertaken by JFT-AIA, the parallel services of other professionals are of course incorporated closely on a project by project basis.

Because of Mr. Tucker’s high level of building systems knowledge, heating, cooling, and electrical and plumbing requirements, each project is provided with immediate resolution of technical issues prior to the beginning of construction, and speedy resolution of unforeseen issues that may arise during construction. All of this helps eliminate or reduce significantly, delays and costs to the project Owner. We believe this produces a better design in the first place. We strive to resolve the issues in the design before they can arise in construction.
