Liberty Bank in Warrenton, originally opened in a renovated Cities Service gas station building. To expand the bank, this new building was designed to span over and around the old gas station. The area where the old building stood became the new bank's lobby area. The design enabled the bank to remain open for almost the entire period of new construction.

Precast concrete panels were welded to the steel building frame producing an exterior that has not required any maintenance since opening day.
